An off-plan property is a property offered before construction is completed. Explore our off-plan listings and ask the BFF team about the specific project, expected completion date, payment schedule and current availability.

Open a featured property and select Book a viewing. Send your preferred date, time and contact details. Viewing times are in UAE time, and the BFF team will confirm availability before your visit. You can also request a viewing by phone or WhatsApp.

07How can I check a property’s price or payment plan?
The property listing shows the advertised price when it is available. If it says Price on enquiry, contact BFF for the current details. For off-plan properties, request the project-specific payment plan and availability before making a decision.
